We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Inavolus Tools for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms and any plan limits (Free, Pro, or Max). You may not resell, reverse engineer, or circumvent usage limits or licensing.
Free tier includes unlimited on-device cleaning and a daily limit of AI requests. Paid tiers (Pro and Max) remove AI limits and unlock additional features for the stated fee. Pro includes a 7-day free trial; you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel during the trial at no cost. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid charge — contact [support@yourdomain] within 14 days for a full refund. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. Except for the money-back guarantee above, fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
You agree not to use Inavolus Tools to violate law, infringe rights, process data you lack the right to process, or to send prohibited content to the AI provider. You are responsible for the data you submit and for complying with your own organization's policies.
AI features generate suggestions (answers, formulas, categories, extractions) that may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review AI output before relying on it. Inavolus Tools is a tool, not professional advice, and is not a substitute for your own verification.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference. Cleaning runs on your device; AI features transmit only your selected cells to the proxy and Anthropic.
Inavolus Tools is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for abuse. You may stop using Inavolus Tools at any time by removing the add-in.
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified where reasonable.
